This ministry will include:

Worship leadership - planning the worship service and order of worship, administering the service, preaching, administration of the Sacraments. To include providing input for the worship bulletin whether printed or electronic; special service segments in collaboration with the worship committee like outdoor services, pet blessings, Faith in Action, Christmas program.
Communication support - provides a message for the weekly emailed news blast.

In addition to the specified hours per week, ministry to include visitation and pastoral care (as needed). This additional work will be compensated on a per hour basis, plus mileage.

This position does not include the following activities:

Managing staff - office staff will continue to be managed by the congregation. Although the position does not include managing staff, it does require collaboration with the administrative assistant and Music Directors.
Moderating session and attending committee meetings. Although not required, attending such meetings would be at the option of the position.
Maintaining regular office hours - office hours can be scheduled as needed.

The salary for this position is $27 per hour with possible adjustment for experience. Compensation for any pastoral care needs will be at the same hourly rate plus mileage.

This contract does not include other benefits. Any time off needed can be negotiated.

This contract will be for a period of a minimum of 3 months beginning on an agreed upon date. This contract may be voided by any party (Pastor, the session, or the Presbytery of Milwaukee) for any reason at any time. In the event the session desires to void the contract with the pastor, they will be compensated for the remaining worship services agreed upon in the schedule up to 3 Sundays.
